Squashlinx Mission:

Providing squash clinics that help players learn new skills, have fun, network and get an amazing work out. Squashlinx is the new way to get fit (550 calories/hr), meet friends and become fantastic at a lifelong sport!
Squashlinx and the sport of squash offers you benefits that other gym workouts can’t. Squash players are social beings and love to find new friends. Squash also provides an amazing workout, tightens up triceps and biceps - works on the core and through regular play can give you an endorphin rush like no other game!
